The pouch is a too tight. I am of average size. I bought this to walk around the house to feel sexy waiting for my ED meds to kick in for an epic solo night. For a jock strap it would be fine. I'm in my sixties and do not play sports. I modified the pouch by cutting the material out and now I love it.
