I've been trying to get in contact with this company so that can get a refund. This is a novelty item it's not functional it's hard plastic it's small. It is very cheaply made and it is not worth more than $10 retail. Much less the $40 I spent ordering it. It is an absolute waste of money and it will never again purchase from this company because they don't even return your emails. I should have k...nown better but I got a new boyfriend and was desperately looking for something to help support the arch in my back. I absolutely hate that I threw $40 in the garbage buying this.
