This ring is ok but a bit uncomfortable. While you can adjust it while wearing it, the material is a sturdy plastic that will snag or pinch your skin. The rigidity of the ring was uncomfortable after about 5 minutes when worn around cock and balls. Go with the neoprene ring for maximum comfort.
