So far, so good. It works as advertised. Good suction. The pump sleeve did tear slightly upon the first use, so I was disappointed about that, but it still works ok.

I haven't tried the pumps that are battery powered so I can't compare. But this one does the trick. You need to use lube both for getting it on and off. I have watched YouTube videos that recommend anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes duration for each session. I am 70 y.o. and have ED. With a combination of using the pump, meds, and kegel and core exercises I can get erections.

I had fun with rhis toy at first but it didn't come with a cocktail ring and the opening was large enough that I accidently suckes my balls Into it too. Then the pressure release valve kept getting stuck and had to be pressed multiple times until I could pull my Mr. Snappy out. It needs that added cockring as an accessory to the product. Without it it's kind of useless. Other than the ball incide...nt I had a good time while it was in use. One other feature I liked: it had a ruler on the sides in inches and metric so you can sew how much it's grown before ringjng it off at the desired girth. Proceed with caution.
